Perfumer H Opens Paris Boutique

If you are in town for Men’s Fashion Week in Paris (or any other time), and in search of a unique fragrance or a candle, you must pay a visit to the newly opened Perfumer H boutique in Marais. Perfumer H is one of the most unique independent perfumers out there. Lyn Harris’s passion for…

Undercover x Mad et Len

We would like to present to you a new collaboration between Undercover and the scent-maker Mad et Len. As you probably know we hold both in high regard, so we are particularly giddy about this one. This type of a collab is after our own hearts, done between people who hold each other in high regard and who decided to take advantage of each other’s talents and push the boundaries of their respective creative senses.

The vibe of this home fragrance capsule is minimal – it consists of three essential products, the candle, the potpourri, and the room spray. You can see the product descriptions below. The distribution on this is quite limited – for now you can only buy them at the Undercover flagship in Aoyama in Tokyo, and soon at the Mad et Len boutique in Paris. But we will update you once the stuff hits stateside, including our own e-commerce store.

Love and Death: Cold Cave x Blackbird

In a time when we are inundated with seemingly endless collaborations, it takes us by surprise when we are able to announce something worthwhile.

Wesley Eisold, the founder of the band Cold Cave, and the Seattle-based store-turned-perfumer Blackbird have worked together to release two new incense scents, “LOVE” and “DEATH,” to coincide with the anniversary shows for Cold Cave releases, Love Comes Close and Death Comes Close, taking place befittingly on February 14th (Valentine’s Day) and February 15th (Wesley Eisold’s birthday). The sold out concerts will take place at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles.

Cire Trudon Fragrances

As you may have noticed, here at StyleZeitgeist we are comfortable with both modernism and tradition, as long as it’s done well. And so it should come as no surprise that in the olfactory world, we love Cire Trudon’s golden crest on handmade Italian glass vessels of their storied candles as much as we love say the black iron cylinders of Mad et Len’s earthy odors.
