I would say that WAYWT poses are integral to the outfits themselves. The pose says how you wear what you have on and the attitude you take when you do. Designers use models to show their lines, not mannequins. A model is specially trained to add life (and 'tude) to a bunch of clothing that would lack the qualities they need the human body for.
i am confused and intrigued by the circumstances of this photo. if it was taken facing a mirrored building, there is surprisingly little distortion. if you were facing someone else taking simultaneous photographs, then it is a nice illusion. regardless, nice mindfuck.
I was leaning towards option 2, but the white speckles overlaying snafu and the car (very noticeable in the 3 to 6pm quadrant) make me think otherwise... of course they might have been added later.
