Thanks, Ambrosian. For the last 6 years, or so, I've worked in menswear, on and off, until recently, but always tried to make my own clothes, when possible. About 6 weeks ago, I lost all of my hearing, medical causes of which have still not been ascertained. As such, I haven't been able to work in my current field and have had more time on my hands. I'll try to post a picture at some point.

Haha, nothing to say sorry about. I think this thing will rest on a shelf somewhere.
I've been obsessing over several of the Jacquemyn necklaces and finally decided to get this one when it went on sale at ODD. Received it and well, I can't say my attitude towards is that it is hideous, but initial reaction was: "Ok..."

AVerdantShore, really good stuff. I want to make some things too, even just for the hell of it. The outfits and pieces that you presented are great. I also find it cool that you're in Maine. My family loves Maine and we go out there once in a while. I love being near the ocean and I like the overall nautical vibe but I have never even seen one thing/person remotely associated with the SZ aesthetic. Besides myself in a mirror, I don't even think I've seen anyone wearing all black. Makes me a bit homesick. What part of Maine are you living in? Is there a secret goth ninja society that I just do not know of?Originally posted by FaustHOBBY?! HOBBY?!?!?!?!?! You are on SZ, buddy - it ain't no hobby, it's passion, religion, and unbounded cosmic love rolled into one.

Tuck those jeans into boots or shorten them an inch. Too much stacking overwhelms the bottom. Looks good otherwise.
