Mike, yeah that's my only gripe with Harveys. He's almost got TOO much there. Did you see a Germany based brand that he carries a lot of? The name of the clothing line escapes me now and his place has been the only place I've seen it. </P>
S is such a fun guy to talk to though. I spent an hour in there when I first got to Berlin and he, my girlfriend and i just talked about East/West Berlin and about how he got that sign that is the centerpiece of his store. It's really quite something.</P>
You gotta love the newpaper photo of him at the rally with JFK in the changing room too!!! </P>
He has a level of pride and passion in his store and in life that you really don't see in many other places. To go from a sparse life in communist east berlin to secretly getting over the Wall into west Berlin and being involved in everything around the wall coming down is quite something. He's also really proud of his phone [73] He loves that vintage!</P>
