Poell is tricky. I think it's an inherent nature of the clothing that naturally pulls the wearer into the background. If you're not careful, the stuff ends up owning you. He's the one designer whose work isn't the kind that allows you to stop thinking about it after you head out the door. So I guess by adopting it you're making some kind of statement, but it's one that is anything but carefree or effortless.
ftb i definitely want to hang with u if i ever visit the secret aquatic life of above ground plants
dying and coming back gives you considerable perspective
I'm new here. Some of you may know me from tFS. I figure there's nothing wrong with diversification, so I just signed up. I haven't looked around the forum much, but minomni's scarf/coat was enough to inspire me to jump in the game and start posting. Such great textures!
Anyway, I just bought a tripod, so I hope to have time to shoot a bunch of outfits outdoors. Nothing special today, but it works with the location. I think.
Raf blue synthetic shirt with button down micro collar
Jil cotton peacoat w/steel buttons

Sorry to keep the multiple pages of one outfit going, but Wei, you look fantastic.
Can't agree more with what FTB said about Poell. I'd love to own more of it, but most times that I try on something I feel like I'm trying out for a play. Looks unnatural. There are a lot of users that look great in it, but it's a thin line. In general, I think a lot of it looks to big for the wearer.
