i never said it doesnt mature, i said to state that if ones style matures = it makes it better is a flawed argument. cobain is a huge style icon did his style ever mature. if it did would it have made it better. all the magician did, i assume, is conform to the set aesthetic here and buy a julius blazer. personally that doesnt mean he matured at all...its not a more honest reflection of his soul it just indicates he copies the genral aesthetic mindset here. which was asho`s advise. copy how we dress here and we`ll mistake it for maturing style wise. seem`s like stabbing mother nature to death with an ann demeulmeester scissor necklace.

Undoubtedly, one can fail miserably dressed had to toe in designer wear - talk about an irrelevant point - that's not what I said though. Do you honestly think fashion is about name dropping? If so, that is rather insulting (to my intelligence). The reason we are on a fashion forum is exactly because we find high fashion (a certain kind of fashion, mind you) superior to everyday wear, which is really what Xerox posted. WAYWT, as you say yourself, is to see how these garments translate (successfully or unsuccessfully) in real life. Personally, I just don't comment if I don't like an entire outfit (I may comment if I could suggest an improvement), but I can certainly see where asho was coming from and I only commented on Xerox as a response to you.
And to say that style does not mature is such an obviously flawed statement that I don't even know if it's worth addressing.
I'm sure this has been said before too, but another purpose of WAYWT is to see detail. If you are not going to post a clear picture why bother? Who cares if you are wearing Ann D., Rick or ViridiAnne if you can't see how great it is? I come here to see people looking good, not blurry photos!

statement seems too cynical. How do you know what his intention was when he bought the julius blazer? Perhaps he was inspired by Julius, he has matured, he is paying more attention to detail now, he has more money to invest in quality items...etc....give him some credit, not to mention this forum.

*edit*
I think I found the exact hat:

And at 160, it isn't that cheap. Mine wasn't either, unfortunately, but it's very well made, and the material is top notch.

Fade: you look great.

Lulz, and I'm totally not a stiff person irl. I guess I try to stand up straight for the photo and it comes of unnaturally stiff. I had a few looser photos awhile back on Pnods request, maybe I should try again...
The location is the courtyard of my apt. complex.

Mail Moth: Aaah. I take it back then. They probably look fantastic (After two years of wear) in person. I've had my indy's for almost a year now, the heel is pretty much gone, there are creases and scrapes everywhere and they've darkened considerably. And I love them more and more for it.Life is a hiiighway

Oh weh mir, I like the silhoutte.
And as much as the grainyness sort of bothers me and I would love to finally see a clear pic from Oh weh mir, I still find myself looking out for his next waywt..
I guess the picture quality sort of adds up to the atmosphere.
Maybe one shitty pic and one topnotch in the future to please everyone here, haha.
