Has there been some kind of private sale going on at Antonioli? I noticed a lot of items I'd been watching have all sold out with the space of a the last few days.

I receive all their emails (I think) and I haven't heard anything yet (I'm in the US). I did just get an email from them this morning announcing new RO F/W arrivals, but when I looked, it was all the same stuff that's been there for months. Maybe people are in the buying mood for the holidays?

I got an email from them which stated that the sale items are now -70% but when I went to the site, it still shows only -50%. Found it kind of weird. No sales yet for the current season items though.

Palais Royal will go on sale mid of January. I will be there then like last year :-)

^ Can't speak for the flagship store, but department stores typically have New Years Sale, which is exactly what it is. I do remember that some Yohji items at Matsuya Ginza were already on sale when I was there on the last week of December last year

Just re-read the email. I guess it is listed as a private sale but I can't imagine they are charging half the clients regular price and half 40 off today. Then again, who knows.

what you do is, go in make your selections and then in a week or so once the whole store goes on public sale you go in and pick up your bounty.
