they raised the price on every item of the F/W10

i was under the impression that luisaviaroma markup was well known, no? i was browsing through and saw converses chuck taylors for $140 a bit ago. i am buying from the US though so i am not sure about euro markets.

the issue is not the markup, it's that they unexpectedly raised up the prices (to potentially "reduce" the prices on them again for the sale)

we started with the 40% of sales just in the U.S. because in the U.S. starts the sales time on the 26th of November so we have to follow the law.

The law? What law? There is no law that forbids online sales in europe ;-)
