What you more or less live in

Unlike other similar threads, this one is not intended as a self-probing enumeration of what's hanging in your closet, nor is it necessarily a place to examine the contours of your collection, as - at least in my case - what I collect is not necessarily what I wear every day.

Simply tell us what you usually find yourself wearing.

As mentioned elsewhere, in the winter I usually find myself wearing Carpe Diem tops and Carpe Diem boots, which are both comfortable and functional.

In the summer: Dries van Noten print trousers from a couple seasons back and some cut-off MMMs. These are often paired with a Balenciaga T-shirt, which is one of the few things I have that actually goes with the Dries trousers.

This is what I more or less live in.

Please feel free to add your own.

(PS: if this thread overlaps others too much, let me know and I'll scrap it.)

I think this was the intent of the thread Fuuma started, or at least it couldnt have easily suffice for this one, but hey, guess some people we wanted to be a baller, so here we go again................

lately in sweltering miami: vneck, jeans or occasionally shorts, rick trainers (sorry!) or random high tops, boots at night. it's like being in a sauna!

that fuuma thread quickly devolved into people showing off their "collections" so i'm glad to see this one.

i too thought this is what the original fuuma thread was supposed to be. my thinking was that we all have at least some nice/interesting gear in our closets, (or at least an intention to have nice gear), so no need to go on about it. but that perhaps sometimes many days will go by without the need or opportunity to wear it, so what do you wear on those days?

my reply is still the same as on fuuma's thread, but lately in this 100+ degree heat i've been wearing t shirts (i have zillions of concert tee's, some collectibles), dry denim project jeans, and chucks. not necessarily sz approved, but isn't that at least one of the things we're trying to discuss on this thread?

i still break out the nice stuff every chance i get...

I usually just wear an older t-shirt plus pyjamas or drop crotch sweats around the house. When I go out it really depends on my mood and if I am comfortable looking different in the situation I'm going to. ie: there is no way I can dress full out sz when I meet someone off craigslist to buy their phone.

jeans, tees, leather boots - pretty much the base. when it gets cooler leather jackets, cloth jackets, knits. i also like tailored coats.
