You would be comfortable in a size 2.
I'm a 46, small in RO and always go for size 2 in Julius.
That works for almost everything, jeans, leathers, tees, though sometimes their jeans fit a little bigger and i go with a size one there, and sometimes a leather fits... differently.
The longsleeves are often in my experience stretchy and of course the drapey pieces are roomier...
    Hope that helps.

Depending on the model and your feet, size up 1,5 or 2 sizes.

spot on, julius denim unless its fw10 I would say size 1.

          leathers vary..

drapey pieces it depends on your desired fit, same with coats.

            Devoa FW11 Sizing

Thanks for the info, guys. The waist measurement on the size 2 is 42. I measured my FW10 pants and the waist is 40. Since they're denim it may be best to size down and stretch them out. Wish I could try them on... the never ending sigh* of this thread.

about to pull the trigger on a mollino (sport) in blistered lamb. need urgent advice on sizing. do i need to size up in this one? i remember trying on an L a while back which iirc was very snug in the arms but a (little) bit more relaxed around chest/waist than i am used to. (i'm a 48)

i'm looking at a M now, but worried it might be too slim? other rick's i have are mediums...

                please advise a.s.a.p.. much obliged.

If you're a true 48 go with the Medium.

ok, thanks for that (even if i still don't know why... ) - just needed a little nudge over that edge, and never been an L in rick before anyway, so here goes...

maybe u'll be seeing it in the classifieds in a few days.

i'd go with medium. leather always stretches out a bit. better a bit snug than a bit too big.

Did you get that waist measurement from fascinate?

I bought the fw10 pants in a sz 2 based on the measurements from that website. at the time, they claimed that a size 2 was 84 cm (all around), which would have been perfect for me. I got them and they didn't fit. They measured more like 80 cm (all around). Had to sell them and track down a sz 3. when fascinate put up their ss11 pants, the measurement for a sz 2 was again 84 cm. but since everybody is saying that fw10 fit smaller than all other seasons, maybe their measurements for ss11 are correct this time. Don't know.

Sorry for the long story. I'm just trying to say that I'm kinda skeptical about their measurements.

^^Yeah.. the measurements are from the site. I can't imagine that a size 1 is a 46. As far as I know Devoa doesn't make a size zero. So they'd be excluding a large amount of likely (tiny) customers.

I've got a sizing question regarding Julius legwear. From what I can gander, a lot of the jeans run pretty slim through the legs and I'd probably be a 3 in jeans. However, there's not too much information regarding the trousers, specifically this model:

I'm 6'2, about 160 - 165 lb food intake dependant, fairly slim build. Generally a medium in tops and wear around a size 30 in jeans. For a size 3, I was given these measurements by the seller

                                waist: 17"
                                inseam: 34"
                                leg opening at cuff: 7"
total length from waist to cuff: 45"
                                rise: 9.25"
                                thigh: 11"

Do these run a lot bigger through the leg than the denim? They sound pretty loose fitting from the measurements :s Thanks in advance.
