Yeah, Ann's sneaks run a bit big too (about 1/2 size big last time I tried those on).

Ann D's XXS - 44
Ann D's XS - 46
Ann D's S - 48
Ann D's M - 50
Ann D's L - 52

so large in Ann D is probably too big for size 46.

No, CCP size is 10 (but european size).
Since I've given my feet's lenght, a precise comparison is possible if somebody here is an IT 44, because sizing is one thing, outsole real lenght another.

Btw, I'll put a thick extra insole, so they can run a tad big - but not small.

well i am a 41 normally with my insoles put in, and i use the Carol size 7, so a 44 should be a 10...
