the SS06 pants with yellow overlock stitching and the SS08 light grey pants with taped lining. my tailor is the best, they tapered the pants without touching the stitching (almost) so that you cannot really tell that it has been modified...

yup, i guess so. at least they did an amazing job, also for slight alterations on the jacket with the yellow overlock which had a terrible fit for a CCP suit jacket...

Normally i put on a CCP jacket in 46 and it fits on spot. Never had any irregularities. This one was awkward. The arm length was suuuuperlong, my hand was almost hidden and the whole body was slightly bulky (although the other jackets i have tried so far are of course not as fitted as for example Dior suit jackets are). I had to shorten the arm a bit and taper the back/waist slighty (not too much)...

So not really Christmas shopping for anyone yet other than myself. I walked by Joan Shepp on Tuesday and she has yet another outrageous window, this time tribute to Martin Margiela. She had the book that recently came out so I grabbed that.
And I transferred in this coat from work and bought it today....
