So, Browns got back to me and offered a full refund or exchange for the Margiela cardigan. "They are very sorry for the mistake on the website, and they will correct it." That does me a lot of good.[85]

So all in all, disappointed w/ the shoes but pleasantly surprised by their customer service.

I actually got the sweater from Pollyanna today, I didn't get any delivery confirmation from them (nor a reply to my e-mailyet), but it didn't take longer than a week so no problem.

Luisaviaroma has very good customer service, though they might take a couple of days to reply occasionally. a package of mine got mixed up once and I got a wrong item, they organized the return for me and paid for it etc.

also I was once able to change colours and size on a sale item even though theres no return on them, which I thought was nice.

I've heard of Tiger but don't recall any retailers who stock it here (although for some reason I think Opeing Ceremony did). Nice jacket. Where did you get it?
