Exactly.How manymillionaire stylists are there to keep them afloat? Basic business sense would tell them that a healthy number of repeat customers with realistic budgets are a lot more pivotal to their financial well-being than the A-list big spenders who're few and far between. And SA's are paid handsomely (relative to their skills) to serve their customers and nurture their loyalty exactly for that purpose.
Sorry if I come off sounding like my underwear's in a twist, but I get that type of attitude from SA's in Holt Renfrew, our local equivalent of Barney's. The only thing higher than their ridiculous mark-ups are the brows of their salespeople.
