would most likely need a small, because I'm in between 46 and 48 ( or a slim 48). If it's not too much to ask for, could you take some measurements? Or how does this fits you? ( if it does fit).

It can be worn a tad loose without any problem (I'd say it's even better). It's not a traditional vest.

Well, I'm a full 48, and it fits a little too snug over a tshirt. I can only comfortably button the top button. I am not sure how one measures a vest, but where the pits end at the bottom, it's 19.5" pit to pit.
