Small runs - manufacturing and production?

Hey, i'm looking to do some research and thought i'd start here because you guys seem to know about this area -
i'm a womens-wear designer from Sydney, Australia. Looking for a manufacturer for high-end women's wear in small runs ie. SMALL - we are talking 20-50 per style. You can see our label at www.brookebenson.com.au.

Ideally looking for overseas production- ie. Japan, Asia, Turkey? Open to suggestions?

Does anyone have any suggestions for contacts, or companies that i might try?
