i'm confused about sizing on CCP shoes like these (i.e. not the boots). Lazzari says a size 10 is like a 44, or US11. yet on here everyone says they run real big, such that a 9 is more akin to a 44. who should i believe?
look in the mirror and ask yorself this question again. if someone named matteo appears asking for a deposit believe lazzari, if not, and instead a raglan group of too short too skinny too beefy too leatherly too reeck too good looking guys appear named the "dream team" then believe everyone here for we have spent 175 pages discussing your very question ad nauseum.
One wonders where it will end, when everything has become gay.

our feet and wallets have suffered so that you do not have to.
this thread is practically a humanitarian effort.

so...what you're saying is that i have to try them on in person. ok, i guess it's off to alan bilzerian. was hoping you'd be a little more forthcoming.

dude the advice was there. it takes a least a year to figure out ccp sizing. and longer if they change, as they did this season. last season i was a 8 sometimes. this season 9. order online and prepare to have your heartbroken. go to a store, try on as many as you can in the various sizes, buy a starter pair. each piece, even in the same size, will fit you differently. thats the truth. listen to merz.

i can try them on in person yes, as i live in boston. it's just tough to get down to alanbilzerian with me working all the time. i did manage to get there last fall to get carpe diem shoes on sale, in which case i bought a 44. they run a bit big, but i think that's the look that they're going for. it must be what matteo means when he says a 44 is a 10 in CCP, meaning they run big because you're supposed to wear them big. but at te same time, i don't want to look like i'm wearing clown shoes. i like the CCP boots too, but can't justify 2K for a pair of boots that uses a cheapy ykk zipper. my neil barret boots, made of pigskin, where a 5th of that cost, and have a riri. i know, i know, i'm about to get flamed.
do yourself a favor, now that you convinced yourself w your zipper argument, and don't buy one of the 12 made in the world so someone who is...well you know the rest of that line

So I received the jointed black suit I got from em last night. Will post fit / detail pics later when I get back from work, but I can tell you the joints do fall naturally on the joints. The thing that surprise me the most is the weight of the whole suit... the jacket weights almost the same as the paper black shirt!!!, same goes for pants. Very nice piece, the cut as always with ccp is great.
