Closest thing to this egg chair is a Bora Bora Arm Chair at Leigh Harmer in cedarwood. Very sleek.

or just get some sticks that would bend and make it look like that

that rack is simple but making one would still require finding proper metal pipe, bending it properly and some precise welding. not exactly something you do in the corner if your living room.
