let's not forget also the loveable rogue serge's allegedly 'tongue-in-cheek' music video for the song 'lemon incest' - featuring himself and his 12 year-old daughter in a bed, or his masterpiece 'love on the beat', which could just as well have been written by ike turner. i think i have better words for gainsbourg than 'badass' (e.g. fucking pervert, narcissist, misogynist, slime bag...), but to each his own.

Ike Turner was great musician. Horrible cunt, but a great musician non the less.
As for Serge, I think he could be categorised as a bad ass for the time. Yeah he was a filthy fucker (I have no qualms about that).

They've since shut down the tours. The walls of his home are lined in black muslin, a fabric they used on old hollywood soundstages, and an idea he picked up from sneaking into Salvador Dali's house and shagging girls in his master bedroom.
