I think first we need "download" the video (FLV) from website, then transfer the format into .mov or .avi, then import into some video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Sonic etc, then you can capture every frame , export it as a bitmap. wow...sounds a bit hard for people who don't work with video industryComment

Seen the rubberband in these pics makes ém more justice for me, have been arguing for myself wheter or not they would work with with the stuff I have. The shorts +gloves and then the rubberbands looks I think I heard something about the rubber being of poor quality, is this true?
