Thanks for sharing. That was great. I need to save some money and get me a faster bike so I can do some travelling.

all i know odyn vovk as is "aximal" hes been part of the vintage chopper scene for a little bit of time.

with that being said heres my contribution. its a bike ive held on to for a few years and i just got done building it.

not the most functional but its got decades of vintage chopper history behind it. im always on the fence of selling it or not selling it to fund a japanese style custom dyna.

Bumping this thread because I'm buying a motorcycle and want a jacket that looks good but has protection. Figured you guys might have some suggestions.

^^not easy to find most fit very boxy. I ride with a Sands Ronin jacket ( dirty white). Happy with it but have not tested it in a crash ( thx G). vanson can do custom order and make more fitted one. Another option is to wear protection shirt and put a normal leather ( preferably thick horse) on top.

I'll be picking up one of these once they're back in stock. The Asphalt colour is being replaced with a matte black.

Personally I don't think 1/4" viscoelastic foam is going to help much at all in any sort of fall or collision. D3o non-newtonian padding should be a much better bet since it physically absorbs the impact and distributes the energy along the material. Much thinner than any decent viscoelastic foam and superior protection.

I totally missed that insane bike up top. Glad this thread got bumped.

Around the end of 2014 I finished a 1 year project rebuilding a 1971 Honda CB450 and converting it into a cafe racer. K1 tank (also restored by me) installed and all electronics, rubber components, bearings, seals, screws and everything else changed out/replaced upgraded/cleaned.
