I think i know which one you are talking about. Even the tag were identical?

Is this like ioffer rip-off level where the quality is basically plastic, or is this like Leopold Bossert ripping off CCP, where at least the quality is around?

I have no handled any of it so I cant say about the quality. To me, even though they have same or even better quality I will not be interested. Its not just quality but originality is much more important somehow.

i love harndens work, owned quite a bit over the years and still own more than several pieces.

but PH is not about originality, its 70% reproduction. sure there's creative license in fabrics but to call PH original is just pretentious, my 2 cents.

and if yall are taking about the Japanese label that copies the style, the quality is dare I say better than PH, at least in stitch work.
and please dont tell me poor stitching is part of the harnden look :P

I was not just referring to ph. More a designer works or creations, just like Lohikaarme mentioned about someone ripping ccp.

And I believe the stitching ph used on the buttons was part of his works. But I could be wrong.

I can agree with this. That's probably why I don't own any Augusta. I do like some of the stuff he makes, but retarded pricing combined with some of his 'inspirational' work which is stigmatized in my brain makes me refuse to buy his stuff.

I haven't seen this posted anywhere and thought i'd post it here rather than in the Rick Owens thread, but it's an interview with Kiya from Self Edge recalling the time Rick made an order of his favorite red iron heart flannel.

Weird. I wonder if he dyed the blue and the original red shirts black? I could see him doing that, I guess. At least as much as I can see him buying a flannel.
