The belt really pops out of the outfit, maybe too much so.
        Suede is too Gucci.

nah white and black is not that drastic, i don't mind white belts. Carol did his classic in white and even i was tempted. But i wouldn't have it on show so much like that...
Also the two buckle (i know i have said it before) but its too gimmicky, i know you have even said its painful when you sit down with it on. Too me its a carol fail. I see it almost as a d&g logo equivalent.
I thought you sold your carpe leather shirt ?

i think the contrast of the belt brings a nice visual 'pop' to the rest of the outfit, good look faust.

eternal wearing those drop crotches in a way other than normally expected, you're on a roll

              that's harsh

i think the belt is designed to be whimsical with a macabre twist. it always tells me something interesting about the wearer. but from a strictly win-fail perspective i'm not sure if i would hit the meatpacking district in this on a friday night if i were still single...

Snaf I am very aware that it can be "too much," but keep in mind that i had to lift my arm to take the photo and a part of the shirt with it :-) normally, only the buckles peak out from under the shirt.

That shirt I sold was an extra. I'd never part with this one :-)

i think they go quite well with the ann jacket. it has none of the "familiarity breeds contempt" issues that many rick-to-toe uniforms have, which i think is what led to the sneaker bashing here on sz. i actually love this outfit. and i still think the sneakers in and of themselves are great.

Ah, cool! I like that shirt. Recently the brand Phenomenon showed one really similar in their show in paris. They styled the shirts almost as if they were kilts.

fuuma that rick high collar is awesome and fit perfectly on you. i regretted it right after i sold it. Do you think that the high collar on Rick that falls down nicely/natural and simply amazing when zipped up?..... Not like Julius Jut-Neck, the collar/front zipper bother me a lot when zip all the way up. IMO, Rick high collar > Julius Jut-neck, but Rick Moto collar < Julius Moto Collar. Any one think so?
